I will provide you with daily WhatsApp support for 14 days after you receive your plan. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions as and when they arise and I will be on hand to troubleshoot / help you pivot if things aren’t going to plan.

How it works:
1. 15 min Discovery call (if we haven’t had one already)
2. Complete a questionnaire and sleep diary allowing me to shape your plan based on your family’s unique needs and parenting style
3. Receive your custom plan
4. 60 min video call to talk through your plan and answer any questions
5. 14 days of one-to-one WhatsApp support

6. 14 days access to my sleep tracker
(multiple caregivers may also be invited to the WhatsApp group)
